This product does exactly what it says. The shampoo is so leathering and my scalp feels so cleanI will continue to monitor my use for future updates . This is some really good shampoo and conditioner. I think it works. My hair is shinier and I have less shedding using this and my hair is growing back nicely. I cut my sides off for a pixie cut and was growing my sides back in and it was taking long, but since using the shampoo and conditioner, it seems to be growing back a bit faster and it's thicker too!

If I could buy a case of this at one time I do it! If I could give this a larger rating than a five I would. This is everything it says it is and more. My hair has grown one and the smell that it leaves on your hair the fragrance is wonderful. I get so many compliments

I've read the instructions and reviews. But after using this product along with the Batana oil, Shampoo and condition for about a mouth my hair started falling out and even when I tried to comb through my hair it was matted together. I've never seen anything like this before while use hair product. I'm a Black 58 year old woman and I've always took very good care of my hair and very cautious of what products I use. I don't know if this product is to strong for my 4b/c hair or it's not made for our texture of hair. I had to see a Dematologist 2x's for treatment to help grow back my hair because now it's very stringy and dry even after I put the Batana oil on the scalp and ends. I'm afraid of using new products. I'm going back to the old products that my Grandmother and Mother used to use back in the day. I think I'm more safer.

One pump of the shampoo and lather is everywhere! This will last quite a while for me! I really like this product! The smell is delicious and it left my 4c hair soft not dry like I’ve read in other reviews. BUT the conditioner was a struggle because the pump malfunctioned. The conditioner is really thick, which is fine, but it came out of the neck of the pump first and then out of the pump (see photo). It was a struggle but I got enough out for this session. Customer service was gracious enough to accept a return and issue a refund. I am willing to buy it again IF they’ll do some quality control, fix this issue and confirm it’s fixed in their product description. Otherwise, I’ll move on because I shouldn’t have to fight with a bottle to condition my hair. #3stars
