They are. Great deal quality and quantity. Has a Los of protein intake. Is a practical and nutritious snack to have on the go because it’s very practical. All the flavors are great but this one is my favorite one that you won’t get tired to eat, because it’s not too sweet. Has the perfect amount of thickness.

No subversion get what they say. love the taste of these and the protein they provide.

These are my go-to for a midday snack when I need to keep going and cannot eat a meal for whatever reason. Helps keep me from getting weak or shaky when I go too long without eating and works much better than eating carbs that wear off suddenly and make you feel worse when they do. Taste is better than most protein bars I have tasted and is enjoyable.

I've been ordering these for years and ate one a day for breakfast. The price has risen drastically, but even worse than that, the taste has recently changed. It's awful and does taste rotten. I threw most of these away, and will not order again.

These taste amazing! I wish that had a tad less sugar, but being on a health journey, they really help quelch the sweets craving with minimal impact to my diet.

Bought for my son who is trying to up his protein. He said they don't taste that great and are on the dry side.
