You need these if you are a pumping mom and using laninosh bottles but not pump. I pump once a day to give my boy a bottle and this cuts down on the medala storage bottles I was washing since we give him laninosh bottles. Works like a charm

I use them for pumping with Medela Swing Flex into Lansinoh glass bottles and it is a perfect fit. Check that you screw it in properly. One time I didn't check and it just so happened that I didn't screw it on properly so it leaked during the pumping session. However, it only happened that one time so always check.

One of the best purchases I made. This fits my Medela Freestyle Flex and I can fit both MAM and pigeon bottles with the adapters. So much less time pumping into bags when I can pump directly into the bottles. A time life-saver for those that need to feed via bottle. Quality seems really good as well. I've been using them for over two months and they still are working great! So happy I purchased these.

I’m so happy this product exists! I have a slight over production problem and medela’s largest bottles have a 10 oz capacity if you fill them to the brim. Avent wide mouth bottles can go to 13 oz at the brim. This adapter helps me to avoid switching out bottles mid pump. I do wish it were a bit shorter so the bottles could just rest on my lap instead of splaying out to the sides as the weight of the milk in the bottle can be a little uncomfortable but it’s not the end of the world.

Attachment worked great with madela pump to mam anti colic bottle . Very pleased with my purchase.

This works perfectly with our Medela Freestyle Flex pump! If you use Nanobebe silicon bottles, you can use these as well but you’ll need to modify them, or at least until the manufacturer makes a new “shorter” bottom section. I sanded the bottom lip down until it JUST TOUCHES the threads and now it fits perfectly! Alternatively you could double up the washer and only sand a bit, but these work sooo good now with our bottles! Just wish they made another version that fits or silicon nanobebe bottles to our Medela Freestyle Flex pump but a little elbow grease of effort and a course sander did wonders!

Perfect fit to connect the Medela Harmony hand pump to our Lansinoh Momma bottles. Thick plastic, threads well-placed. Also helpful to be able to pump milk up to the top of the bottle, as this converter keeps the valve out of the bottle you're pumping into. Easy to clean/sterilize with the rest of the pump apparatus.

Works well to connect medela pump in style to avent 4oz plastic bottles. Saves me from having to transfer between containers when pumping!

Adapter threads together nicely to the pump in style and plastic avent bottles. Have not pumped yet to test seals but should work as intended. Also pictured is the maymom 19mm breast cups.

We got it due getting different pump and bottles. After getting this adapter it works smoothly, so good that I forgot that there is an adapter.

Medela側、Pigeon側のネジのいずれも漏れます。空気が漏れるレベルではなく液体が伝って流れ出る程度に漏れます。Medela側のネジはそもそも正規品でも漏れがあるのですが、Pigeon側は正規品では漏れないにも関わらず、こちらのアダプタでは漏れます。パッキンをつけるべきだなと思います。この漏れ（隙間）があるせいか、搾乳圧が若干かわり、搾乳しづらく感じました。結局あまり使っていません。便利だと思ったのですが。。
