Apart from a late shipping date, once I actually received it the product itself is excellent. Easy and fast to put together, feels high quality, came with all tools needed (just one Allen wrench), and looks nice. And clearly the kittens absolutely love it. I run a neonatal rescue foster program for kittens, little bottle feeders that need care for local pet orgs, and these ones are between 3 and 4 weeks old and they took to it immediately before I even had a chance to introduce them to it. They're still too little to understand the next floor up, but they are all over the first two floors. Hard to see in the pics is the little black kitten inside the round house too. The material is soft so they are loving the feel of it and immediately used the scratcher posts for scratchies. Well worth it.

Value for money:The value for money is the real selling point. You won’t find a cat tower like this for any cheaper! It’s a great size for all 3 of my cats to share. I spent about 30 minutes total putting it together by myself. I did notice a slight chemical smell when opening.

I put it together easily, except I had a couple of screws left over... my cat doesn't go on the top level, but seems to like the scratchy part. I like the green color. Box waz very heavy but because the driver delivered it right to the door I was able to just drag it inside. Probably a 2 person lift.

Edit: I used 5 screws and predrilled holes to attatch the fallen tower. Its back where it should be amd the cats are all over it again. Ill keep the 4 stars still because of what happened though.I bought this back in Oct of 2021. It was easy enough to assemble and I had to sprinkle some catnip to entice the kitties to use it. But once the "newness" barrier was broken and it was tall furniture that I didn't mind them on, it was their favorite place. Great for scratching claws. Satisfies the height need. Soft and cushioned. The balls kept them entertained for hours as a kitten. It survived the move from an apartment to a house. But today, almost 4 years later, one of the cat rest towers broke off after its been the leaning tower of pisa for 3 months. Short of drilling some holes straight through the base and using some bolts, i don't see the rest as being usable again. It's a shame. However, the rest of the tower is still in great shape and that cats were back on it after calming down.It would be a 5 star review except the way the tower piece broke: the cylindrical piece is attached to the base and screw with 5-6 staples/nails....they aren't going to reattach. I also had to pick up several from the floor and pry several from the plastic base with the screw to keep the cats from hurting themselves. The base with the screw is still screwed into the tree platform.

This was easy to put together, it comes with everything. I bought the cream colored one to match my room and it's perfect. As long as you put the cat beds on tight that cat post is not falling over. My cat is on that all the time!!

My kittens took to it instantly! The size is perfect! It is sturdy and was super easy to put together. So fun watching the cats have a blast on it. Super happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

My cats love, love, love this cat tree.We haven't had it maybe even a full year and it does need to be replaced as the cats were a little rough on it, but it stops them from destroying the couch or other furniture. Every night the cats take top and bottom bunk where they will sleep most of the night until I get home from work. Occasionally they will play hide and seek taking shelter inside the cove. They have never really used the hammock underneath but we use it to store their extra chew toys, they have no issues getting their toys out when they want to play with them. For its price, it lasted long enough to have no gripes about just buying an entirely new tree for them. on a flat surface there is no wobble or shaking and feels sturdy, no worries of it tipping over and breaking something.
