So if you have a compact area and not much height and need a spring to take some edge of the frame, this is perfect. But if you have height room, say hanging the bag from 10/11 foot, get a longer spring as it'll compensate your punches alot more. As a small spring itself, it's very good and takes approx 40% off any shots you hit with from the frame of the equipment itself. So pretty fair and decent

Used to take the force out of a full size punch bag. The spring does not sag when the 25KG bag is attached, but does absorb the impact of punches and kicks, saving the mounting hook and bolts from too much stress and wear.

Works fine. Good value.

This is not a spring and will not take away any of the stress from hitting a heavy bag unless you're literally hitting 100kg worth of weight..
