Perfectly sized honeycomb filters for 12x30” return vents
I found that this filter for my daikin is the honeycomb style which I believe to be most efficient for VOC filter and for maximum airflow (minimum air pressure drop compared to other styles of carbon filter). So I ordered 3 of these honeycomb carbon filters to filter VOC & odor in my house. The size perfectly fits my 12x30x1” nominal sized permatron dust eater frames and 800cfm return vents . The total air flow would be 3x of the Daikin air purifier so the airflow speed would be about the same as the Daikin air purifier (at turbo mode) so that it would catch molecules of VOC 3x more efficient as Daikin . And it is quiter than Daikin because the furnace blower runs in garage.The only drawback is that they are not vacuum sealed like what I ordered from Daikin official website
