Titan 0580495 / 580495 HEA In-Line Gun Gauge Assembly -OEM

I wasn't sure if this hea gauge would work on my graco ultimate mx2 but it does because all spray lines are normally the same size and thread pitch. As soon as I installed it I had to test it out. Remember that you want to read the pressure while actually spraying not just idle. Gauge is on the money whare I need it. I don't spray daily so I'm not able to listen to my sprayer like the pros. They can set there sprayers just on sound and looking at the spray. Many can also remember whare they set the dial based on what they spray. I'm not that talented nor do I pretend to be. If you need a gauge to help get you in the area or you need it to actually set your rig this is a perfect gauge for you. Well worth the money spent.

It looks well built and good quality. I use this to get precise and consistent spray settings while minimizing paint waste.Tip: Since anything near the spray gun will get overspray...... and I'd like to keep this nice looking guage clean and legible......I wrap the guage with plastic ceran wrap from the kitchen after installing it.Whenever I disassemble the gun for cleaning after the job, I'll put on new wrap when reinstalling it.

The thread size is too big. The fittings does not match. I have seen more people had this problem, but the seller does not mention that it is not compatible. I have a Titan HEA as the seller mentions but still it does not fit. please don't waste your time and money buying this. You can do other things with your $50

Instead of relying on guesswork, or an idiot light, you can at a glance check to see if line pressure is where it needs to be.

Very helpful if you don't have a digital readout on your machine. Was surprised to see a fluid inside of the dial... but I guess it's gotta be that way. Again, useful device
