Prep Solutions by Progressive Quick Mix Salad Dressing Shaker

I like the idea of this item, however, when shaking to mix the dressing it leaks ever so slightly from around the spout even when closed. As you can see it is not dishwasher safe. Oops. Weve been using this and handwashung since I bought it. I got in a hurry and wasn't paying attention and this happened.The only other issue is if the design doesn't come off the pour spout so it dries to it. You would need to wipe it with a paper towel well. Or take the entire lod off to rinse which wastes dressing because it sticks inside the shaker inside.

Years ago I bought one of these and it was great. Never leaked and cleaned it in the dishwasher with no problem. Unfortunately it got melted on the stove accidentally so I ordered the exact same one. It has leaked from day one and has now melted in the dishwasher. Clearly the quality has gone away

This is the second dressing shaker I've tried that leaks. It's meant to be shaken yet it leaks out of the top where the spout closes. The outside of it is always oily now. I'd love for someone to come up with a salad dressing shaker that actually works the way it's supposed to when SHAKEN and doesn't leak.

Easy to wash in dishwasher, looks nice and easy to measure but it leaks when you shake it. It's a shaker bottle so was hoping it wouldn't leak.

Does the job for mixing the salad dressing. Subpar quality, it’s the kind of stuff you would buy in a dollar store. I can understand it would melt in the dishwasher. Overpriced. Made in China.

This is a good dressing container, especially at the price. Does not leak when you shake it up. The pour spout works well enough. There are no metal part so you can warm up cold dressing in the microwave. The measuing markers and in bottle mixer makes it easy to make dressing right in the container. We like it much better than the Oxo.

The bottom of the contained melted on the top shelf of my dishwasher the first time I washed it. Now looks like it shrunk to about half the original size. Probably should have returned it but so disgusted I threw it in trash.

We eat salad every day, so making large batches of our favorite homemade salad dressing is imperative. This holds lots of dressing, mixes it well, and has great increment markings. It can leak, though, so close it very tightly and have a paper towel handy. Can remain slippery after washing. But I use this every day. 👍🏻

This item is exactly as described. It seals really well, is dishwasher safe and I love that I can measure in the bottle and not have to get other stuff dirty. The wide spout is fantastic too.We like it so much, this is our second one so we have one for oil based and one for water based contents. I only wish they came in different colours.
