Mine didn't work...
I have not complained to the company as I couldn't find time when I needed to, so I am not critisising customer service. Searching for the problem I found that the wire to the fuse had broken. I needed it the next day and unfortunately I didn't check it until the last minute. I was surprised to find out how thin the wire was considered it was rated 16amps although in reality it should only be 13amps. I took the EHU plug off and fit it to one of my existing extension leads. Very expensive for a EHU plug I think.

Hard to use
It’s hard to push a a 3 pin plug in and it sounds like it’s sparking inside as the pins connect, not impressed
