If you intend to use it for more extreme sports, I recommend using a strap to tie your phone to the cable, as it might come loose (this happened to me). It’s not because the product is bad, but because the activities I did were very extreme, like jumping from 32 feet into a waterfall.

I used this to compliment my gopro hero 9 and that's exactly what it did. I know love using my gopro with no worries of changing the battery. This will easily give you 7 hours of battery life plus your regular battery power when it runs out so yeah close to 9 in total. Don't think twice and buy it while it's still in stock. Can use has a selfie stick it has rubber with really good grip my camera was dead it gave a full charge and still had some juice left the same company sells a protective case made of metal they also sell a door that has a opening so you can charge with door closed

The first one I bought, I had to return because it wouldn't charge. Amazon replaced it with no problem. The replacement works just as it was advertised. Such a great purchase.
