Q: What gauge are they? There is no standard guage

I don't know the gauge, as it varies by the size of the ring. I can tell you that I like them. I have been beading for years and I'm happy with these. They're sturdier than most. You don't have to worry about a small tug pulling the ring open. It's great for the large 'statement' necklaces that people are wearing. If it is for small, dainty, delicate work, I would find a smaller ring. Great for regular and heavier beading weight. So far, all clasps have been in workable condition. Hope this helps.
