Perfect Lanyard for my Fitbit Force
This is a really nice and reasonably priced lanyard. I purchased it for my FitBit Force, which was rumored to have a lousy clasp (oh, does it!).The lanyard arrived in good shape and I could immediately tell it was what I had been looking for (I searched Amazon for a long time trying to find a solution for a clasp of an activity meter that comes undone during activity).Likes:*The wrist portion had plenty of room for many different sizes of wrists*It is comfortable*It is relatively secure (I haven't done any extreme activities with it to really test it)*The cord portion has an extra, thick thread coiled around it that adds friction to keep it in place*The cinch stays in placeRoom for Improvement:*It's a little long for me, so perhaps a loop along the strap to help keep the velcro in place would be helpful (or I could just cut off the excess)*A way to determine which size is appropriateOverall, I think this product is great, and if I need other lanyards in the future, I would look to this company first.

Works for me
I was a little skeptical about this, but I figured I couldn't go wrong for the price. I wear a size 10 glove, and the lanyard is JUST long enough; larger hands might not work as well, depending on the tool used. But the lanyard feels very strong, and the sliding thing stays in place. The lanyard isn't just elastic, it has a spiraling wire that runs around it as well for extra strength and grip.If you're on the fence, give it a try.

just what i needed for my dive flashlight
i have this lanyard hooked up to my dive light so i dont have to worry about it dropping to the ocean floor while i'm looking for lobsters at nite... i wish they make 3x stronger just for peace of mind but the price is right .. i purchased the large and medium ones and cant tell much of a difference.

Great for go pro
I bought this lanyard to use with my gopro underwater. It worked out great. The camera stayed attached to my wrist and I was able to hold the camera in my hand to video while diving. It did not affect my ability to get great video at all . Thanks for helping get some awesome memories

Recommend this item to people who don't want to lose stuff.
they are being used to secure our cell phone cases to our belts and they work perfectly. always keep an open mind for other uses for things like this. they are well made as well.

Looks good, feels good, performs terribly
Great concept, poor implementation.Problem is, the loop comes detached from the tool with the greatest of ease, making it useless. No confidence in this thing at all, I was working in a rig 90ft up last week with a 12v impact, had a close call it almost slipped off the loop, threw it away and just wired it to the bucket instead. Most drills these days, only thing you can attach it to is the metal belt loop and trust me, this thing is not up to that on a regular basis. Use it and its not a question of it but when the tool will drop.May have a use if actual on the job safety is not required, which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

does the job
for some people that work in the highs this comes to save the day you never think that is useful until you need it

Useful.
I really like this strap, it's useful for tools while you are working just about anywhere, especially working OverHead.I would say it's good to fix your small camera to, but in this day of bike crooks, maybe not such a good idea.Still a very useful strap.

A surprising must have
I often find myself using tools after having climbed a ladder or whatever. Bird boxes (screw driver), gutter (brush), tree house (hammer, screw driver). I have lost count of the times I have dropped whatever I was using and had to climb down again. If you have a hole in the end of the tool, as I do with the brush and hammer, it's easy to attach directly to the lanyard. If not then a little tape and a short length of paracord with a stop knot at each end is all that's needed. The product itself is just right. Lightweight webbing. Decent Velcro and elastic loop. Not under or over engineered.
