Narrow packets are easier to empty into Neti pot or squeeze bottle
Saline products are pretty much all equal. What makes this brand special is the packet design -- long and narrow which makes emptying the packet into a neti pot or squeeze bottle very fast and easy -- and no spills onto the countertop in the process. The packet itself is made of smooth, shiny paper so that the saline salts can easily glide out with out getting stuck in the corners like the last brand I used did (more of a square shape). I will be a repeat customer, for sure!

Packaging
This product is exactly the same as the more expensive product. The only concern I have is the packaging is more plastic and when using you have to use scissors to cut it or the salt runs all over because you're not able to tear the top. Different packaging would be fantastic, especially if you're in the bathroom with wet fingers. Otherwise, The product is exactly the same. I'll buy it again. I'll just put scissors in the bathroom.

Product works just as good as other brands that cost a lot more. Only Issue is that the solution has to be shaken a little more so as not to taste the solution
