Soundcore P20i Earbuds: An Excellent Budget-Friendly Option!
As a tech content creator, I'm always on the lookout for great value, and the Soundcore P20i earbuds genuinely impress, especially for their price point of around €20-25 / $20-25. These earbuds from Anker's Soundcore brand offer a fantastic balance of features and performance that make them a strong contender in the affordable audio market.Design & Comfort:First off, the design is sleek and lightweight. I found them incredibly comfortable to wear for extended periods – they barely feel like they're there! They also come with an IPX5 rating, meaning they can handle splashes and sweat, making them suitable for workouts or everyday use. You can get them in various colors, including black, electric blue, light blue, white, and pink, which is a nice touch.Sound Quality:Equipped with 10mm drivers and "Big Bass" technology, these earbuds deliver surprisingly good sound. While they might not have active noise cancellation, the overall audio experience is very satisfying. The Soundcore app is a game-changer here, offering 22 predefined equalizer settings. I particularly liked the "BassUp Signature" for an enhanced low-end, but the ability to customize sound profiles significantly boosts their versatility.Battery Life:Battery life is another major plus. You get a solid 10 hours on a single charge for the earbuds themselves, which is excellent. With the charging case, that extends to a total of 30 hours. The USB-C charging port for the case is convenient, providing 10 hours of use from just a 2-hour charge.Connectivity & Features:They feature Bluetooth 5.3 for stable connectivity. The dual microphones with AI ensure clear call quality, which is crucial for remote work or quick chats. Through the Soundcore app, you can customize the tactile controls (single tap, double tap, tap-and-hold gestures), which is a level of personalization rarely seen at this price. Other useful app features include battery status checks, a "Find My Device" function (which plays a sound to help locate lost earbuds), and a dedicated gaming mode to reduce latency.Pros & Cons Summary: * Pros:* Extremely affordable price.* Great battery life (10 hours earbuds, 30 hours with case).* Lightweight and comfortable design.* Good overall sound performance with a balanced sound due to the equalizer options.* Backed by a reputable brand (Anker/Soundcore).* Useful companion app with customizable controls and EQ presets. * Cons:* Lacks advanced features like active noise cancellation.* No option for a manual, custom equalizer setting within the app. Conclusion:If you're looking for an affordable pair of earbuds that don't compromise on sound quality, comfort, or battery life, the Soundcore P20i are an excellent choice. They deliver balanced audio, offer great app customization, and provide solid performance for their price. Highly recommended for anyone seeking value without breaking the bank!

Can’t complain really!
Right, so an honest review for anyone considering who usually spends more on headphones and associates cost with quality.I lost my AirPods Pro and didn’t have the excess cash to justify buying a new pair, and have been needing a new pair of headphones but felt nothing would live up to the Pros. I bought these before a holiday and took them on the plane to keep me entertained. For £20 you really can’t complain. In fact, I was decently surprised at the sound quality. I was expecting a lot more Tinny-ness. With some adjustments to my Spotify equaliser and their app you can download has a “Bass Boost” mode the sound actually comes out decent. Is it amazing? Are there a few moments where the bass/mids feel washed out? Sure. But then I remember I paid £20. If I ranked the AirPods Pro as my top headphones I’ve experienced, these would a bit below that. I’d say they are more comfortable and of better sound than the AirPods Regular/Originals, I can’t stand the non ear tips that hurt and honestly the sound without the seal just isn’t as good for me and I’m constantly adjusting to be able to get proper volume. With these headphones it’s all sealed, decent loudness and a fair level of quality sound. Again, it’s £20 - if you’re looking for some chuck aways or a pair just to tide you over like me until you can justify something more expensive, then by all means go with these. Honestly, now I have them it might not be until they release the next version of AirPods Pro’s that I decide to upgrade as I’m getting what I need out of them right now. I travel by train to work, they do the job I need just fine to enjoy some music or my podcast, and cut out the train sounds and or plane sounds well enough.Battery life seems to be great, honestly had them on a 4 hour flight and they battled through all of it. A bit of taking them off here and there to rest my ears but otherwise they held up good. I’m yet to recharge them since then and I’ve had them two weeks. So reliable for sure. I hope that helps guide anyone who is a bit snobbier like me but needs something quick and cheap to keep them going for a while, these are a decent compromise/option and honestly I’d highly recommend for the price. 5/5 cause I can’t really ask for more out of this price bracket and they exceeded what my expectations were. The bar was low, but I can’t fault them. Are expensive ones better? Yes. Better enough to justify another 230 pounds or more? No. Hence a 5 out of 5.

Great sound quality
Great sound quality and very easy to set up. The only thing I've noticed is that they disconnect when you put them down particularly during phone calls and take time to reconnect. So the person on the other end, is saying hello, hello, whilst attempting to reconnect back again. Now, i have to answer the call first and advise the caller that I'm just connecting earbuds. I've also noticed that this too doesn't always work and you have to put them back in their box before attempting to reconnect again, which is very frustrating. This could be just laziness on my part, so if you put them down they should go back in the box.. Overall I like them for listening to music, as the great sound quality and bass comes through nicely. When on the phone, sound is clear and no reports of muffled sound from callers. Battery life is pretty good and lasts a few days with daily use.

Very good especially for price!
I’m pleasantly surprised by these. I’m going away and don’t want to take my big overhead AirPod max as I only have hand luggage so thought I’d try a cheap pair of in ear ones due to lack of space. Tried them out as soon as they come and the sound quality is really good. I don’t usually have in ear ones due to having small ears and they ache after a while but I’m on the plane 2.5hr so I’m sure I’ll be fine as these feel more comfortable than any others I’ve tried. Can’t comment on battery as of yet as I’m yet to full test them for this. I had in my head no more than £40 but got these on offer for less than £20 so I’m well impressed for the price especially!
