great cuts.
cuts like a knife through butter. Only issue i have is how thin it is, makes it a little bit flimsy and you have to make sure you dont bend it.

Received this saw yesterday and used it a bit today. It’s lightweight, comes with a nice plastic sheath and is very sharp.Hope it works as well in the future as it did today.Good value for a sharp, lightweight handsaw.

Well worth the money.
Love that this saw is easy to use and lightweight. It works very well to keep tree limbs and small trees cut and out of the way. The blade is super sharp and makes light work of any and all work that I’ve tackled with it. It’s made well and is durable and sturdy. It’s easy to assemble and takes a few seconds. Great choice at a great price.

Great for hiking!
The media could not be loaded. The Pruning Saw with Scabbard Japanese is a great tool for different things, but I got it mostly for hiking, we like to explore and mostly some trails are woody and full of branches so with this saw is easy to take the lead and be cutting branches while you walk and open a new trail.The saw is lightweight and easy to mauver and the edges are very sharp that makes it easy to clear the path of branches.The saw has a case with a clip so you can store the saw there while not in use and the clip so you can put it on your hiking belt for easy grabbing.Also very good price for this nice tool!!

Pruning saw
This saw is not as described.Blade is very thin. I tried to cut small tree branches, blade broke in the middle. It’s not sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend.Please don’t waste your money

Sturdy and sharp
For a non-folding handsaw I think this does a great job. The blade is decently strong and arrived nicely sharp and (because it doesn't fold) the scabbard is a nice touch. It is a bit too bulky to be easily carried around, and the connection of the blade to the handle doesn't feel like it's going to last forever. That said, its a good backup saw that I was able to stash in the back of my car in the event my normal hand-saw breaks or gets lost.
