Works great
Works great and comes with extra plugs to leave on multiple batteries and just move the chargers as needed

Works well, great value.
I bought this to try and save the totally dead AGM battery on my atv. After following the instructions, I used the battery reconditioning mode , and then once the cycle was over, let it continue to trickle charge overnight. In the morning I put the battery back in the ATV and it fired right up!This also comes with battery leads that allow you to easily plug into the maintainer without removing the battery.I highly recommend it

Works well, a little high priced
The form factor is small, say about 3 inches wide by 8 inches long. It always defaults to 'motorcycle', I assume lower amps, but all the indicators and selectors work well. I use it to maintain a battery on a car infrequently driven and it has done that well for about 6 weeks. I just bought, and received, another one of the same today to put on a generator battery to keep charged. I assume it will work as well on that - will leave on 'motorcycle' 12V (it auto-senses the correct voltage).

Solid value
I beat the junior to death ,in outdoor covered yard use in florida. It is worth the money ,so I replaced it with the elite model and bought another junior tender also . Both were simple to use in all modes even recovery was no worries ,and the tender was decent it goes red and bliks green etc then after, you start your vehicle even hooked up then shut off it showed solid green ,so yea im stoked on these . My battery was below 4 v,now it's up full 14.2-13.8 range

MOTOPOWER MP00207 Automatic Smart Battery Charger - Basic but Confusing
Summary: I purchased this MOTOPOWER MP00207 Automatic Smart Battery Charger as a battery maintainer and repair function for Lead Acid batteries (both SLA and AGM). The charger gives a 2 amp charge function for 6 volt batteries and 2 amp or 4 amp charge function for 12 volt batteries. Controls and battery function on this charger are very basic and don't give much information on how the charger is working. Doing charging tests on AGM 9.0 AH batteries for Uninterruptible Power Supplies comparing different smart chargers from Amazon indicate to me that this charger is on the low end of the performance spectrum. My opinion, based on testing six different smart chargers in the same, or lower price range, is that the MOTOPOWER MP00207 is an underperformer. If you need a basic battery charger that seems to be more water resistant for more outdoor/weather exposed use, this charger has potential utility. At temperatures below 32 F. (0 C.) the cables become stiff so take that into account. At the time of this review, I have only owned the charger less than a week so, I cannot speak to the long-term durability of this unit. This charger would not be my choice if I could only buy one smart charger.Pros:- Relatively Low Cost.- 6 Volt and 12 Volt charging capability.- Automatic Detection of 6 Volt or 12 Volt Battery voltage.- No fan or openings into the unit (water resistant?).- LED Lights and pressure mode switch give fewer things to break over time.- 2 Amp and 4 Amp charging capability for 12 volt systems for versatility.Cons:- No indication that this Smart Battery Charger has De-Sulfonation, Pulse Charging, Ramped Voltage charging functions that are common in other Smart Battery Chargers of the same price range.- Charging rate is slower than for other chargers of the same amperage range.- Battery no-load voltage is lower when the MOTOPOWER charger indicates battery is full than for other Smart Battery Chargers tested.- Indicator/Mode lights are very basic. This is somewhat disappointing if you want more information on what is going on with your charger.- No Temperature monitoring to prevent overcharging at elevated temperatures.I tested six different Smart Battery chargers I purchased on Amazon for less than US$30 each (I did test a NOCON Genius 1 that was priced at $39.99). I was mainly interested in getting the battery de-sulfation, battery repair, and battery maintainer function. Units I tested had amperage supply from 1 AMP to 10 AMP. I wanted the ability to at least work with 12 Volt batteries. Units working 6 Volt batteries would be a plus. 6 V, 12 V, and 24 V functionality would be fantastic. Unfortunately, no smart charger in that price range worked with all 3 voltages. The MOTOPOWER MP00207 seemed to be a fairly solid unit. It has decent heft with a solid feel. The external housing is all plastic (not a disadvantage for electrical equipment). The unit seems to be sealed to be water resistant. There is no indication of IPTX water resistance nor any rating so there is no warranty about that. Other Smart Battery chargers with fans are not water resistant so that may be a plus if it is a big concern for you.Instructions indicate that you need to hold the mode button for 3 seconds to get the 4 Amp charging on 12 volt batteries. If you don't read the instructions, it was not clear. Default charging mode is 2 Amps. 6 Volt batteries can only be charged at 2 Amps. There is no indiction that the charger switches back to the default 2 Amp mode after the battery is "full" and the charger is in "maintenance" mode.Measuring the time to charge a new 12 Volt, 9 AH AGM UPS battery from 12.5 Volts to 13.2 Volts (no-load voltage) indicates that the MOTOPOWER MP00207 can take days (at 9 C.). There is also no temperature monitoring feature that adjusts adjusts charger voltage/amperage to optimize charging rate. Other Smart Chargers in this price range have this feature.Bottom Line: The MOTOPOWER MP00207 charger seems to be of reasonably good construction quality. It appears to be sealed to provide some water resistance that other smart chargers do not have. The control/status features are very basic and provide little information. Finally, the charging rate is slower than other comparably priced smart chargers. My opinion is that this charger would not be my choice if I could only buy one Smart Battery Charger.

Doesn't work right.
This charger works when running but very often just shuts completely down and quits working. If you catch it and restart it , it will work again but if you don't notice it, your equipment's battery discharges. I wouldn't recommend this product as it can leave you with a dead battery.

Compact, versatile and powerful
I like that this automatic battery charger/maintainer (mod: MP00207) is clearly labeled on the box for each battery type it is suited for. It would have been nice if it were also labled directly on the charger, so there's no question when the box is lost. It allows you to choose either a 2 AMP or 4 AMP charging rate. As a test, I chose to bring an automotive EFB from nominal 12.5 volts to a float state of 13.3 volts. Using the 2 AMP setting, it took about 8 hrs achieve maintenance. The charger ran cooler than my older automatic during the bulk charge, and felt only slightly warm on the float charge, which gives me the confidence to leave this charger hooked up over winter storage. Although I didn't try the restoration cycle, it's a nice feature to have available if one of your batteries has been discharged. All in all, this is very nice value.
