Beautiful set!
I bought this set for pictures and was eerie about the quality of the product would be. I was delighted to discover how beautiful and intricately painted they are! Good value for the price for sure!

Cute, but look at it's mouth 1st.
There are at least 2 versions of this teapot on amazon. I bought both. This teapot has a fully painted in mouth, done in light purple. I liked that so I kept this pot. The teacup is a shot glass in disguise and has no chip, painted or otherwise. The pot also is not 100% level, but i haven't found that to be a big deal. Overall I'm happy with my teapot and cup set.The difference with the other teapot is that while the mouth has a similar but smooth 3d mouth, only a red thin smile is painted on. Also the border around the bottom is different. It has a slightly more formal darker painted border, while this one has a more watercolor look to it. I could have received a defective one, but the other pot or cup that came with it also had crossed eyes.
