It doesn’t feel greasy at all, and I haven’t had any breakouts since using it. The niacinamide helps with skin texture, and the blackberry extract gives a fresh, soothing feel. It is ok.The fragrance- It is very mild and pleasant, it's berries you smell. (I am highly sensitive to odours and this didn't give me a sensory overload) this is a point in it's favour.white cast: It does leave a noticeable white cast when applying. It is visible if your skin tone is anywhere between dark to medium tone. But, it vanishes once the sunscreen is absorbed into the skin. This is good too.Matte finish: It gives a matte finish even when using after a moisturizer. I am used to having a glass skin finish/ glow that looks good on camera or anywhere, even without a strobe cream, highlighter or shimmer. So this doesn't cut the deal, in this aspect.Skin irritation: No skin irritation. All brands I have used to so far have given me skin irritation, that I have thought It synonymous with sunscreens. Turns out, it need not be that way. It's very comfortable to wear and doesn't burn my eyes. This is a good thing. This is a deal breaker for me now. I love this.Non - Greasy: Now this may or may not be a good thing depending on your skin's needs. It doesn't leave my skin feeling moistured (even after layering it over a squalene based moisturizer). It doesn't leave it feeling bone dry. It is not sticky. But it's not hydrating either. My skin is a mixed; Dry in certain areas, oily in others. So this really doesn't help my case that way. This is a deal breaker as well.Effectiveness: It is as effective as other sunscreens with SPF50. You do need to reapply it every 2 hrs once for max effectiveness.I am divided on this.. But will definitely consider repurchasing this.
