I really do not understand why there are so many five star reviews for this product. I bought it because of its nice looking design and good reviews but it’s simply does not work very well. It will not get wrinkles out of thicker fabrics.This steamer would simply would not get the wrinkles out of my skirt. I have used another brand of steamer on the same skirt and the wrinkles melted right away. So, my conclusion is that it simply is no good.Also, if you barely lower the steamer head below your waistline it stops letting out steam. So, if you are steaming anything longer than a pair of shorts if will simply stop working.The instruction manuel is very poorly written. The glove that comes with it hardly protects the hand. It is thin and you can still feel the heat.I would not recommend this at all.

I run a small business and needed to upgrade from a handheld but did not want to invest in a commercial steamer. This does a better job than expected. Compact and easy to move if needed. I love that the head is shaped like an iron so it is easier to navigate and get everywhere. I have not had any problem with it leaving water marks on the clothing or water coming out of the tank. The hose is flexible and looks very durable. Heats up quickly and has a larger tank. I am able to steam up to fifty shirts at a time (for me and minimal wrinkles) while doing an amazing job at making cloths ready to retail. I have used this for a few months daily

This is a great steamer with a few, small drawbacks. I've been through many of these and have sent back several highly rated ones because they just don't produce enough steam to do the job well. I'm keeping this one.This does produce a great, steady supply of steam. Much more than a lot of the others and that's the most important thing. I can get through my plie of wrinkled clothes pretty quickly.I did deduct a star for the minor issues:It came with no instructions at all. Nothing. It is very simple to put together and use but still should have some instructions.It does not have wheels so it's not as easy to get around the house to do drapes and stuff. But it spends most of it's life in my laundry room so it's not a deal breaker.There are clips on it to hold slacks, skirts and items that cannot be hung but they are stationary. They cannot be moved at all to accommodate the width of what you need to stream. My past steamers had clips that moved along a bar and were very adjustable. I can get around this by using my own slacks hanger with clips but it is a minor inconvenience.Overall the steam is what counts and this delivers. You can see a constant billow of steam coming from this and that is what gets the job done.I only use distilled water in my steam appliances and reccomend it to extend the life the appliance. Even if they work fine with tap water, the minerals will build up over time and shorten the life of the appliance.

I bought this over a month ago and I use it to quickly steam the dress shirts I use for work. Assembling it was very easy -- it took 5 minutes. You turn it on and in 45 seconds steam starts to come out. My shirts and pants get wrinkle-free in seconds, without putting any pressure. You literally see the wrinkles disappear under your eyes. I used to spend so much money to take my shirts to a professional cleaner and I was not even happy with the results. Now I wash them at home in the washer, using cold water and a delicate program, and then I take them out and hang them while they are still wet. I wait a day so they are not dump any more, and then I use Anthter Steamer and the results are perfect. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This product was purchased six weeks ago. First I want to say that I did not pay attention to the return window so be aware. I have not been able to use this product at all. It has had a terrible smell since the first time I turned it on. I have only used bottled water.The steam has a very musty and burnt plastic chemical smell. I don’t know how else to explain it. I have continually been putting more water in it and running at hoping that the smell would burn off and go away today. I opened up and took the hose off of it and saw that there is a bunch of buildup and why it looks like melted Plastic or rubber. The part that I am speaking of is the area underneath where the hose screws on. I also unscrew the drainage cap and I’m not quite sure why there was a ton of white crusty build up as though I was using bad tapwater or some thing .On a positive note, the steamer came well boxed, and the parts were well wrapped, and it looks like the picture. It does not have wheels, but seems fairly sturdy with a little wobble. For the life of me I don’t understand why the inside components of this are white, crusty and Melty And smell from the first years when it seemed brand new and I used bottled water.Today I gave up. This page states that it has a three year warranty. There is nothing in the box to indicate such so I clicked on the link here on the Amazon site about the warranty, and all it says is to contact the seller. By the way, there is no instruction manual. So the only way I knew how was to send seller feedback and hopes that they will get back to me about a replacement. I will update my review based upon sellers response to the situation.

The steamer was delivered today. I must say i am very impressed. It is very powerful, easy to assemble, works very well. I was able to steam 25 items in a very short period of time. Be sure to use distilled water for best performance. I hope it works well and lasts a long time.

Bought this item April 2023 and stopped working 2 weeks ago !back and working again but does not turn off when i put the switch to off ?I used once a week for personal use .
