Satisfied - Good for money
I have recently bought a whole set of these, and simply installed eye hooks in the walls at different heights to simulate different workout routines. Such a great option to give you the full gym experience for pennies on the dollar.

Great design, but they don't last
They work very well (although you do kinda need a lot of them to get to decently heavy resistance) but they are a consumable item. After 3 months (used them almost every day, did nothing outside the exercise booklet with them) all 4 of mine broke. So expect to buy these on a recurring basis if you use them regularly.

i use the straps as footsteps when resistance band or assistance band trying. They provide excellent control of the bands.
