Hario V60 All in One Drip Kit with Coffee Dripper, Server and Filters, Black, Size 02, Borosilicate Glass

I first started with a steel pour filter device that I could just put over my cup, but I became dissatisfied with that as it got clogged and stopped filtering so fast. I had to turn to the traditional filter device, and I didn't want a machine as it would be unnecessary expense and I don't need heating plates that make the coffee turn bad after extensive heating over a long time. Making great coffee doesn't take more than a few minutes if you organise your wardrobe effectively. It's therapeutic making coffee, and cleaning is a doddle as you can just rinse it quickly. Paper filters are cheap, but you might also buy a goose-neck kettle to make your pouring more controlled - not 100% necessary but great if you are really getting into the whole coffee scene and loving it. It feels cheap, because it is cheap, but who cares - it makes coffee, and it makes it well. Simple all-in-one solution, ideal if you're just getting in to drip coffee and don't want to spend a fortune. At a price of £14 this is an absolute bargain.

Good product at a bargain price. Works perfectly and despite comments in some other reviews the glass jug is not overly fragile and the lid fits perfectly. It wobbles a bit because it is detachable!

Excellent brewer. Best value for money, £10 cheaper than the other hario decanter but seems to do the exact same job. Of all pour over brew methods (melitta and chemex being others) I’ve found V60 to produce the most well balanced, repeatable brews. I chose this over the conventional style (brewer sitting on top of carafe) as it essentially forms one solid piece making it safer to pick up and swirl mid brew

Would be great, but I tapped the glass against the tap and it shattered.Will replace with something else, was hoping to have it for years!

This is the perfect shape and works especially well with the filter papers that come with it.The problem is it’s really fragile and I’ve broken a couple in the washing up bowl / when something ceramic / glass has tapped against the edge - despite taking extra care with it.

Really great little jug for home use. Its a nice size and easily takes my 500ml brews. It would take a lot more.
