PAPAYA ENZYME WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME YEARS AGOFOR BRUISING: I USE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND IT CUTS THE BRUISING TIME IN HALF.I ALSO BE USED FOR INDIGESTION. IT WORKS GREAT.TASTE IS NICE. DISSOLVES QUICKLY WHILE BEING CHEWED.WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
