Usefully big, not silly big
I have used a set of these mugs for years, previously, so was delighted to find this when looking for a proper large mug for work. The size description is genuine and it is a solid mug with a comfortable handle. The colour faded on previous ones when put in the dishwasher but lasts very well if handwashed so I expect the same from this one. Also previously cleaned them loads with spray bleach and it never did them any harm so again, expect the same from this one.Ideal usable size for me and I also like the shape - no narrow base so not prone to being knocked over easily. A plus point for any workplace mug.

Great size. Good quality porcelain rather than chunky easy to chip pottery.Perfect for that big first tea of the day!

Sturdy Mug
Very pleased with this Mug. As it's porcelain it washes very well without staining. I've banged it a few times and it hasn't cracked. A very good buy.

Lovely, if expensive, large mug
Wanted a large mug and this is certainly a good size. It’s got a good handle and is easy to hold. But overpriced.

Very Sturdy, Look Great After Many Years of Use
Substantial size and comfortable handle. These have withstood many dishwasher cycles and still look good. Thicker wall keeps coffee and tea warm a bit longer

No need for gimmicks on the outside, just a quality mug.
Traditional white mug without the need for gimmicks printed on the outside. Sturdy and feels solid in the hand. Thick handle compared with other large mugs i've had. Microwave proof (guess it's dishwasher safe, but can't guarantee from first-hand experience). Well-used for my first cup of the morning. Worth paying the extra.
