- This device is not made by Apple and so if you receive a error message saying "Accessory not supported" This is normal, Just click "ok" and ignore it, if this continues you will need to do a hard reboot on your iPad by pressing the power and home buttons together.
- Only works with JPEG file's, Create DCIM folder and place all pictures in that file before trying to transfer, does NOT work with VIDEO files unless you can jail break your iPad.
- Reader can only transfer photos from memory device on to the iPad NOT vice versa.
We update our Card Readers every few months to make sure they run smoothly with new Apple updates, if your unhappy just message us and we will do what we can so we can send you a full refund without hassling with returning the item.
