These are simply among the finest quality baking ceramic pie pans one can buy. I have tried and until now failed to replace my marvelous HENN pie pan, which i broke, with one of comparable excellence.I took a risk and bought this twofer rather than a solo deep dish. These may exceed the fine Henn. The crusts bake to perfection even for apple pies, without burning,darkening or staying soggy. They are LOVELY and actually LARGE and deeper than most metal pans. I can pile up my apples, put on the top crust, pierce the dough so it can breath, cook at a very high heat to brown and then lower the temp, or cook for the duration at one moserately high heat, and the pans bake perfect pies either way, as they are rated for high heat. I am chuffed -these are for me, well worth my investment

As a beginner on baking I wanted a nice pie pan and this set is gorgeous! Easy to clean and the depth is perfect! Great quality set!

Large and sturdy

These dishes are fantastic. They’re so cute and versatile. I use them regularly for all sorts of things like flour to fry chicken or to bake in. Great sizes and value for the money. They’re sturdy and a good weight. Solid but not too heavy. Easy to use and clean. Perfect shape to stack nicely in my cabinets!

Beautiful - I love that the clay on the bottom is not white, gives it a unique look. Great size, not super deep-dish, but holds a good amount. Made a chicken pot pie - it browned beautifully, got uniformly hot throughout and cleanup was quick and easy.

I don't have a ton of expectations for a pie pan. These are sturdy, pretty, dishwasher safe, and they cradled by famous chocolate bourbon pecan pie and pumpkin pies from pre-bake assembly through leftovers in the fridge. I expect to use these for decades to come.

These pie dishes are absolutely prefect. They are beautifully crafted and bake the most beautiful pie crusts I’ve ever baked. I am hooked! I will be back for more ceramics to add to my collection.

I ordered some large plates from this company and love them so I thought I'd take a chance on the pie pans. This is a shallow baking pie pan. I had my concerns that it would hold the contents of my pumpkin pie. I make Libby's classic recipe and the crust recipe from the NYTimes. As you can see, it held everything beautifully. It baked beautifully as well. Very even baking without burning the bottom. The baking time was considerably longer (20-30 min) than when I've used a thin, metal pie pan, but that didn't bother me as I made these a couple days in advance. Love them.
