It's very stretchy, I have a very think mattress around 40 deep, this fits perfect. Don't crinkle or make a noise when in bed. Works great

No, not at all. It's really soft and quiet and very comfortable. No hesitation in recommending.

Never had a squirter. Bought as a prevention rather than a cure. However the backing appears to be waterproof and is a clear film.
