Amazing results
I very rarely write reviews, however this time I decided to share my opinion. Absolutely amazed with the ironing results! Proper high quality steamer that I was looking for. Highly recommended. Quick results, long lasting water compartment also long cable which is a bonus.

Handy piece of kit
Easy to use for de creasing clothing on the hanger with several different attachments. I keep this in the bedroom to freshen up clothes and keep them smart. It’s a little on the heavy side, and the reservoir is not the easiest to check the amount of water in. But it works pretty well and I find it a useful addition to the iron.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing. This shirt is one of those which is very difficult to iron and this one made it easily.

Had to wear creased dress to wedding as this was so useless
Completely useless. Bought because of the good reviews, but tried to use for de-creasing a dress and shirts after travelling to an event. After fitting the delicate fabric attachment, tried to steam a hanging dress, but none of the creases were removed. Dress was as creased afterwards as it was before. On a shirt, a a few creases seemed to be removed, but they rapidly reappeared when left hanging. Using an ironing board, shirt creases were removed, but many wet patches appeared, like when using a poor quality steam iron.Very disappointed and will be returning for refund.

Very good but heavy
Very impressed with this for improving the look of linen jacket after a day's wear. It also does a reasonable job on shirts. It is a tad heavy and can't be used for too long a period.
