I ordered for kewara essence and I got Kosar essence.we are ordering or specified use but I got another item

HORRIBLE TASTE!
This mango-flavouring does NOT taste like mango.It tastes like a bitter chemical so I had to throw my dessert in the garbage.And because it isn't returnable, I am out about $25 ($5 for the product and $20 for the wasted ingredients). product tastes like a bitter chemical. taste like soap
leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth almost like soap. spoiled my whole cake. seems manufacturer has not tried to taste it before selling it.
