I was using pink Himalayan salt but decided to try this cuz of friends recommendations and the great reviews. I was not disappointed. I thought it would be the same flavor as pink Himalayan but it actually has a slightly different flavor to it which was a pleasant surprise. Now it's our go-to salt. We have purchased it several times and will continue to buy. Recommended!

This is real salt. The way salt is meant to be. Unrefined, all natural with the minerals still intact. Great flavor. It’s now the only salt I use.

I used to use regular iodized salt, that comes in a cylinder shaped blue box, and stopped using it because Drs said that it was bleached and not good for you. I think Redmond's Real Salt has a saltier taste than the other salt and has natural minerals in it. So, we are saving money because we don't have to use as much salt. Redmond's have tiny little salt shakers that you can carry in your purse to use, while away from home. You can get two of their shakers, to fit in a mini hand sanitizer key fob or in a chap stick key fob.

This is high quality salt with a mild flavor. I eat a lot of meat and season it with this salt before I cook it. I also use this salt in my drinking water with other electrolytes. It is great to add to drinking water during the hot summer months when I sweat more. I believe this salt is good for helping my body regulate and recharge from the intense heat. It helps to revive me when I add it to drinking water after workouts as well.

This is the best salt. It's all we use for our family. All-natural. If I'm being picky, the price is a little steep. We also have to use our hand to squeeze the package and break up larger chunks. Overall, though, it's our favorite salt and we'll continue to buy it.
