Really nice filters. Fit perfect and priced right.

These are perfectly adequate for a normal household; at MERV-15, they’re even overkill. But I am immune compromised, so I seek a filter closer to a HEPA quality. I’m sure Nordic makes MERV-17 filters in 20x25x4”, but they’re nowhere on Amazon. It once offered a Green Label product with the right specs, and I bought them eagerly back before they became PRODUCT UNAVAILABLE. (They sit forlornly in my Wish Kist.)

It can be hard to find exactly the right size and Merv for our unit. I was pleased that Amazon had it in stock, and at a fantastic price!

Take notice that these are undersized by 1/2 inch

Since it is not a full 4" wide (actual 3 5/8") leaves a significant gap in the filter holder. Overall well made filter, but next time may be buying a 5" which would be a closer fit in the enclosure @ 4.5"

Air filters.

These filters last a lot longer than the 1” ones I’m used to. However, I really like how well this has helped manage air quality in my new home. I change the filter every 6 months, so the two-pack lasts a year (I bag the spare filter to protect). I’ve had very little dust (literally, almost none), and this also helps with pollen allergies, etc.

Please read the description closely as I did not when I bought this. I was replacing a 20x25x4, the Nordic Pure actual size is 19.5x24.5x3.625. I give it 4 stars, because the quality is good and they are packaged well, but it's my own fault for not reading the description closely.

I received the product on time with no issues. I am giving it 3 Stars not because it is no good or does not deserve 5 stars. It is because it is to be MERV 13 and I have no clue if it is MERV 13! I was buying cheaper ones that were MERV8 and it looks the exact same in terms of packaging and product. Just not sure what I bought, as I am not an HVAC expert with a gauge.

Been using these for over a year, replacing them every 3-4 months. House is much cleaner and my asthma doesn't act-up as much as before. Much better than the old one inch filters, as long as you have the room to install them. Price is comparable to local purchases, but with prime shipping, I don't need to go get them - just click and they're delivered a few days later.
