This is what I’ve been looking for. I’ve always been a hot sleeper. For a while, waking up drenched in sweat was becoming the norm and the evolution of figuring out how to fix that has been an ongoing journey. It started with replacing all the microfiber I used to use with cotton. Big improvement. Now so many years later and with my fiance and I sharing a bed we have run into the same issues again. At the time we were still using a goose down comforter all year round which was probably a huge mistake. So after reading and thoroughly researching (Reddit lol) my fiance and I narrowed it down to a silk comforter or a cotton blanket. We didn’t mind spending $2-300 for a nice blanket but stumbled upon this blanket by accident. We wanted something lightweight but not totally light that will breathe and also provide some warmth. Idk how this blanket does this, but it does all that and more. I will say it’s a little rough before you wash it but when we took it out of the dryer, it became really soft. It literally felt like magic how it changed after the wash so I’d say wash it first maybe even a few times. For $35 for all cotton quality vs the cheap stuff you get stores this is a great value. I’d say it’s best to avoid all the “specialty cooling“ stuff that isn’t 100% natural fibers because at this point, I believe nothing will breathe easier than that and if you’re a hot sleeper this blanket is a magical godsend. The sage color is so comforting too. If you’re sleeping hot, try this out.

So soft, and so pretty!! The pictures here do not do it justice. It is a bit lighter green than in the picture, which is exactly what I was looking for.It did not shrink or lose shape in the dryer, and very minimal lint in the trap.I did shake it out (outside)vigorously before washing, and again before drying. It gave my bedroom the uplift it needed.It breathes well too. Not hot, and not too cool.Exceptional quality, and it fits the bed well. There is plenty hanging off the side of the bed, preventing me and my husband from tugging for a blanket all night.

This is a quality blanket, it was a bit stiff coming out of the package, I washed it with fabric softener and it was amazing! The white one is VERY white, it pops! I live in a very humid area and this blanket is perfect, not too hot but also keeps me warm. It doesn’t shed in the dryer and the design stays intact. I will be purchasing more of them for my guest bedrooms!

I was disappointed at first when I washed it and already had to cut a pulled thread. But actually I love the blanket. It is a good size, comfortable with a drapey heaviness you don’t expect in a light blanket. We are very happy with it.

The size and color's great. There was some (expected) shrinkage after washing and drying, but still covers all sides, and it lays out pretty easily when making the bed. It's not a super-light summer weight; I find it just heavy enough to feel quite comforting when I slip into bed, but very easy to flip down if I get too warm. When I do, it folds neatly over in the dark along the line of its design--which my brain's desire for symmetry really appreciates LOL But seriously, it's just better when bedclothes don't get all bunched up. I also love the perception of tidiness the weave offers when the bed is made, vs an untextured blanket or lumpy comforter. My dog also approves :-)

I can't speak to it's longevity/survivability/quality over time, as I just got it. However it's soft for a fabric that isn't synthetic, true to color, more than big enough to use as a blanket on a queen, and could work instead of a top sheet under my mattress (I don't use a top sheet, I use a blanket that I don't tuck in, so that's not relevant for me). For the price I'd buy it again without thinking twice, unless it falls apart really fast.

I love this blanket. It's not extremely soft but is lightweight, comfortable and perfect to keep the chill off me as I read in my recliner or wrap myself up to take a quick nap. I can see how the threads could snag with pets, so I keep the throw out of reach of my pup. It has held up to washing extremely well.

Pro: nice waffle weave cotton blanket--just what I was looking for.Con--I should have checked the measurements closer. , Got for a queen bed. Like most bedding manufacturers who have not caught up with the thicker mattresses, this one is too short in length and barely gives any material to tuck in on sides when making bed. Only good for a throw blanket. I washed on cold and dried on low . Have to keep it because I washed it. Will fit the full bed in my guest bedroom perfectly. So I you want to be able to tuck your blanket in then size up or look for a different manufacturer.
