These are great for knee pain relief! This joint support supplement reduces joint pain and provides value for money. about 90% of discomfort is gone in 2-3 weeks. This is a great product. I feel so much better. I recommend it because of its efficacy and cost. I have tried other collagen type 2, and glucosamine brands either capsules or supplements before but this one is the best in my opinion. good quality, formula, digests well, absorbs well and is effective. It is difficult for me to "turn off my brain" when it's time to go to bed. It has a good effect on reducing irritability issues on minor things. I have eaten a lot of glucosamine msm codritin in my life, I recently found collagen type2 to be much more effective of an ingridient when couple with above combination.I started with a 50 mg collagen concentration which worked wonders with glucosamine and chondrotin. Naturally I started to look for medicines with higher concentration of collagen, and I came across hxn.Having eaten it for 2 weeks now, I can honestly say that it is the WEAKEST joint medicine I have every had to the point where I feel that it is a placebo. I do not think that the components written in the ingredients are added to the extent they r mentioned.Not only I have gotten no relief, my joints r in worse shape than I started.I get no happiness in writing and I would generally let this slide for any other product but this company is selling medicines by branding a certain chemical as a pain reliever and the buyer needs to know that they do not get much or in my case any bang for the buck.I will not be buying this product ever again.
