I am so disappointed in this product.Cons-super glossy finish which I absolutely despise-dries so fast, so you don't have enough time to work it properly, no matter how fast you move-because it so ridiculously quick drying, it gets all wrinkly and clumpy and picks up product if you go over places where you've already applied.-the brush is a nightmare to use. It dispenses so much product at once but because it's a felt tip, it quickly absorbs most of it, causing you to have to dip multiple times.Pro- it is very pigmented. But that's no redeeming quality if you can't even get a decent application. I honestly don't understand the rave reviews. Even if I get over the glossy finish, at least it should've had a smooth application. But nope. Absolute dud.

The super tiny neon pink eyeliner is true to it's colour, it has the oomph. But the quality of the liquid eyeliner is terrible. It starts cracking after drying, doesn't look smooth, especially in the inner corner of the eye. The application is absolutely horrible. It takes multiple coats to get a visible layer of the eyeliner. The brush isn't any good either, it's very hard to draw sharp lines. I wouldn't recommend this product.

It might the most affordable colour eyeliner butLame one still works much better than this. This comes off as a whole in an hour and it’s not worth any money.
