Has everything !
I was looking for a supplement which has recommended minerals and vitamins for a senior . I wanted something with no iron ( binds me up ) and no calcium .. which can do the same. I get a lot of calcium a day thru my food .. yogurt, almond milk , kale , etc My blood tests say I have plenty of calcium and iron. These pills are easy to take … doesn’t upset my stomach. I take one in the morning . Value for the money is good since you only take one a day I highly recommend!

Not sure about these....
I have used the mega food multivitamin for years But something happened when I switched to the 55 plus. I don't know what's different in them because I don't have any of my old bottles but they make me soo tired. I stopped taking them about 2 weeks ago and have Finished so many projects including cleaning the carpets. I will have to go back to the regular ones.
