Didn’t last a year
This is lightweight & perfect size but computer didn’t last even a year. I stated having problems after 4 months. The screen would just look like it was frying. Then it would clear up after about a day or 2. Then finally after about another 2-3 months, it completely stopped working. Waste of money

My worst buy on Amazon, died just after a month out of the return period. Don't buy this laptop!
Terrible laptop, it should not even be allowed to carry the name laptop. From the first day the window start button kept popping up. A couple of weeks later charging the laptop got faulty and now it wont even boot. I am outside the warranty period already so I have lost almost $ 300 on this laptop. Please people dont buy this laptop or any similar items from these external sellers. I might as well could have burned my money.

Not Working as Sold
My laptop is not working as described, it does not log on to my wifi unless it is placed in one area of my house, all my other devices work in all areas of my house.The @ key is located on the " key and vise versa, the windows download was not provided and as an international buyer, this is unfortunate as I cannot return it.The price point was good, but this was a waste of a purchase.

Trying to use in tablet mode
Trying to use this thing in tablet mode is difficult because power button is on side of case and easily gets pressed and shut the darn thing down. First day I got it I tried folding back the keyboard and using as tablet. That ended up with me restarting at least 4 times and I gave that up for another day. Aggravating to say the least. Anyway I only use it to connect to my TV and also to my sound mixer. So basically it sits with lid closed and never really bother with it. Using remote keyboard so never have to use it’s keypad.

Keyboard stopped working after 1 monthpls
I got this laptop Sept, 2023. I didn't use it more than twice and the keyboard stopped working. Please do not buy. It's my worst buy on Amazon 😔 😟Now the laptop does not even come on. I called Amazon and they tell me it's out of return window and that I should contact seller directly. I paid close to $300 for this item. It's a horrible experience.

Good at first
This laptop was a nice gift for my son to replace one that had been broken I purchased in February and now weeks late the laptop is asking for a product key code that I never received, hence the 2 stars... UPDATE seller responded very fast to provide the product keys so I shall double back and give 5 stars
