Absolutely thrilled with this tree bench, great quality. Take your time putting it together. When connecting the separate chairs together leave the screws loose so you can align properly then tighten and it will all line up beautifully. Item delivered in 2 boxes. Mine were delivered on different days. Count the actual number of screws etc in the packs I didn’t and was 2 screws and 2 caps short. Contacted seller and they sent whole pack of screws, took a week to get. I bought pack of 16 rubber feet 40mm x 40mm for the chair legs for extra protection. Bench is stunning and price of this item is really good. Colour is a bit orange but after it has weathered I will re-oil it in a nicer colour. Beautiful piece of garden furniture. I measured the inside centre space vertically were the tree is and it is 84cm.

So, at almost £400 I expected the boxes to arrive as if it hadn’t been dropped from the back of a low flying plane, very bad packaging. My husband then assembled the bench which he said was easy to do but then we found the missing corner which is most annoying as it’s been cut incorrectly at the factory. Should’ve read the reviews. I looks nice round our new tree but it’s not cheap or perfect sadly.

Bank sieht sehr gut aus. Beim Zusammenbau ist auf Grund zu großer Spannung ein Seitenteil kaputt gegangen. Das wurde vom Verkäufer kostenlos ersetzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
