This B12 liquid supplement has helped me a lot in keeping my body warm. My house thermostat in the winter was set at 72 to 73 for my sake. While everyone was complaining of being too warm I was freezing. My wife always says wear a jacket, when I had a jacket on, wear socks, when I had socks on, etc. Following my online research I found out that B12 supplement might help me. So I got this B12 liquid under tongue supplement that I take one shot of it, per directions, first thing in the morning. So, now I feel like a new man of 35 yr at my real age of 78. How about them apples. Now our winter time thermostat is set at 70, and no one is complaining of being too hot in the house. Not looking back.

I’m not sure if it’s working but my other brand gave me more energy. I will have to see if it works when I do blood work. I have fibroids which causes low iron.
