product is good.with better subli-paper and right temperature. I believe you can get good results.all mugs received are in good condition.

Arrived Good Condition
The packaging of the mugs was extremely well done. Each mug secure in individual compartments in a foam box, They sublimated well although I have some things to learn getting the temperature correct...think it was too hot but this was my first time to sublimate on mugs. A good learning experience although expensive to be making mistakes on.

New white mugs!
As I was moving into a new home, I decided it was time to replace my hodge podge collection of random mugs and go with new sleek white ones. These are a classic design, great size and easily stackable. They arrived promptly and super well packaged. Amazon packages have been arriving daily at my new home and nothing has disappointed. I am a happy camper!
