This item was purchased as a replacement for broken unit brand new in box working perfectly I have complete control of my boiler again cheap fix without having tocall a heating engineer

Keep resetting to factory after 30days.

Would not connect to existing same make receiver. Brought an alternative that worked perfectly. Amazon will not restock, obviously Amazon consider they do not need to comply with Sale of Goods Act

Setting up these thermostats is always a challenge. Access to the technical department at Salus used to be within an hour, but it took me weeks to get through. Looks like they are selling so many and need so much support that they can't cope.

Saving the boiler being on most of the time.Small differential saves a major catch up every time,havent felt a temperature difference to date from the settings.Thankyou Salus

Easy to install

PROS: It works.CONS: The stand is not secure, and falls off easily.It's forward-heavy and is extremely easy to knock over.The buttons are all too easy to press inadvertently when picking the unit up.

Simply stopped working after less than two years in service. Display cut out and won't come back on, even with new batteries. That this piece of trash should cost £50 to replace is an outrage!
