I bought this to help lower my blood pressure, as I am prehypertensive.I'm also vegetarian.I took it for 3 days, 1x a day and my BP dropped 30 points. I'm sure I was low in this nutrient. So now I'm alternating days I take it. I'm 46 and want to avoid heart meds as long as possible. Q10 has also been amazing. I trust this brand.

Pills are easy to swallow and digest. Definitely helped to clear brain fog and gain better focus. Also helped me to sustain high energy levels at the end of the day. Gave me the boost I needed !

I make my own cat food and add this as part of a vet supported recipe. I take it as well to help digest protein. Good value.

The first bottle was not impressive. I thought I would try a second bottle as exposure over time may show some changes. So far I am still waiting to see it this is a worthwhile purchase.

I've just learned about black seed oil and did a bunch of research and came across this brand. This is the only brand I've purchased so far and I'm still on my first bottle but I absolutely love it! I'm a big believer of holistic medicine and trying to get away from pharmaceuticals. These have boosted my immune system more than I had anticipated. I often get sick from my grandchildren who are in daycare and always have some kind of bug going on. Since taking these I have (knock on wood) not gotten sick. They also do curb your appetite. Will definitely be purchasing again, they are not a part of my daily vitamin regimen.

I just bought this recently for energy boost and start using it twice a day. I didn't see much performance changed. I would try some other taurine supplement that's pure and has good reviews. It has no taste. It has some white residue when shake it with water could be from the fillers. I wouldn't buy it again.
