I’ve only been taking these for a few weeks and I’m definitely already noticing a difference in my strength and endurance when I’m working out. It’s incredible. I’m almost 64. I was very worried about using creatine because of the stomach issues I have read about. I started with a 2.5g dose on day 1 just to be safe and I had no stomach issues. The next day I tried 5g and I still had no stomach issues. I was relieved! I did however make sure it dissolved in a glass of water and drank it after a meal. There is virtually no taste at all and it does not smell.I also see that some have mentioned that the powder did not dissolve for them, but I have had zero issues with that.My favorite part, the simple ingredients and the high quality of this product.I can’t give a review just yet about the effectiveness or if it provides an Energy boost since I just started, but I will be sure to update in a couple months. An Energy boost during and after a work out would be nice though!

This is just pure creatine. No additives or artificial ingredients. This is the best value on the market for pure creatine. The powder has no taste, which is perfect because you could mix it with any cold beverage and not effect the taste. The powder also has no smell. The only reason for a 4 star review is if it is not mixed well enough the last sip may have a slight gritty feel. Still best value for creatine in my opinion.

Well, what can I say other than this stuff is an absolute game changer. I’ve gained a solid 25 pounds of muscle which doesn’t sound like much but ask my close friends and family how solid i am now. I get called a unit, freak , animal and beast on a weekly basis now.I took the kids to the zoo a few weeks ago and we seen a silver back gorilla . This is a horrible product. It has been sitting on my shelf for a few years. I try it once in awhile because I do not like to give up.It is bitter sand!. I can not handle this and would like a full refund.
