Does the p-trap need to be lowered to use this strainer? It appears to be taller and thus drops lower than a regular strainer assembly.
Mine didnt come with installation instructions. Where do the gaskets go? The white pvc one and the black rubber one? Do i need silicone?
can the sink strainer be used in line with a garbage disposal? I don't typically grind lettuce, celery stalk, egg shells, etc.
