Q: Only one earbud is connecting how do I fix it?

Happens to me sometimes and all I have to do is tap-hold the one that is off and it says something like "power on!", and then "connected". Problem solved.

Step 2: Make sure EarFun Air Pro 2 is successfully paired to your Bluetooth-enabled device. Step 3: If you are using an android phone, please enable the mobile phone location function simultaneously, which should be also authorized to EarFun Audio APP. Step 4: Enter the app, click the "+" button at the bottom to search for devices, add your EarFun Air Pro 2 to the APP. Q: Is active noise cancellation always on when turned on? or will this device remember the last used setting?

In my experience the last setting is not retained. Furthermore, if you have ANC on then want to listen with just one ear, it defaults back to off.
