Works with Zynthian
Was getting terrible audio noise when sending USB midi from a laptop to Raspberry Pi running Zynthian then audio back to laptop through an audio interface. This makes the noise disappear almost completely. Still a little noise but inaudible above the music.

Does what it says !
My USB dongle was kept turning on on my EV car;Which I found kept trouble shooting the 12v battery causing it to drain a lot and potentially causing ICCU problems.Plugged this and got power sourced from the power plug and all sorted!

Possibly the most honest product on Amazon
There’s no hype with this, it is exactly what it says it is - and they’ve literally made it transparent to prove it. The price perfectly matches the product spec. Didn’t solve my particular problem but that’s an issue with my equipment. Well done for providing an honest, well-priced product that solves a need without having to resort to high-priced, obfuscated snake-oil ! (Or taping over USB pins 🙂) Top marks 👍🏼

Works as advertised , but did not pass midi data
I bought this to eliminate interference noise , which it did , but while it should pass data , it didn’t pass midi data so was of no use for me sadly, ymmv.

Does Exactly What it Says in the Description.
I use this to prevent power supply conflicts on my Arduino projects.

A great product!
Sometimes there is a situation where you want to block the power supply and not the data transfer. Here's the solution. I recommend.

Overpriced and will only work with some devices
£5 for 2 connectors and 3wire PCB.It turns out, even if you have external power, many devices won't speak USB unless there is 5V on the V+ rail. It's used to detect "host presence" even if it's not used for power. So basically this device would be useful if it had an external power input.
