I really like the LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mixes! I especially like the Grapefruit Salt, however there are many flavors to choose from. If you haven’t tried LMNT electrolyte drink mixes before, I’ll tell you that they are salty, but I actually like the taste. I primarily drink these while working out which helps me feel hydrated better than just plain water. Positives: Effective , Quality, Taste and Hydration! One downside is that it doesn’t completely dissolve quickly, but it will dissolve soon enough.

Really good and delicious. A bit strong tasting so I use half the packet in a tall glass of water with ice. I got watermelon flavor and I like it. Seems to help with keto “flu” Little too expensive though.
