Ok, had to stock up on this because my 9month old son LOVES IT!!! He cannot live his life without this lovie by his side and I can not afford to lose it or have it discontinued or whatever, so we stocked up and have a couple saved just in case. He even puts it in his mouth to be hands-free and able to crawl hahahah. Perfect size for his little hands to hold, super soft, easy to clean (throw it in the washer, dryer). Overall just the best lovie!!! Stock up!!!!!!!

THe Monkey Angel Dear "lovey" is perfect for night time for my son. He loves to cuddle soft things, and we didn't feel comfortable putting a stuffed animal in his crib. This is perfect - big enough for him to cuddle, but small enough that I'm not afraid to have it in the crib with him. The small monkey head is great for grabbing onto - my son loves to "hug" his monkey each night, and looks for it in the crib. I've washed the blanket several dozen times and it is still in good shape and stayed soft and the color stayed vibrant, and the little monkey head remains firm. This gets a lot of wear and tear - chewing, dragging, drooling, and throwing - from my son, and I'm impressed with how well it's lasted. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a lovey for your child.

I received "Snuggle Lamb" 3.5 years ago at my baby shower. When my daughter was born, I held the lamb between the two of us while feeding her. The lamb would stay with her in the car, in her crib, and as she had tummy time. My daughter is now 3.5 and uses Snuggle Lamb as her comfort item. When she falls, is sad, needs to sleep, anything... it's always Snuggle Lamb she wants.It's so sweet to watch her sleep while holding her lamb. Even as she sleeps she's holding snuggle lamb and rubbing him between two of her fingers. I had to buy two back ups for those times when she'd forget it at the grandparent's house. Snuggle Lamb has stayed soft, smelling good, and clean through multiple years of washing. Believe me, he's been pretty grubby, but cleans well.This is now our favorite shower gift to give. We bought snuggle monkey and giraffe for our twin cousins. We're hoping the snuggles bring them as much comfort as hey have us.

These are a necessity in my house. All three of my kids have them and can not sleep with out them. I never had to worry when they were really little, because they can breath through them if they end of on their faces...which they did in my case. I just love these.

I have given these adorable blankets as baby presents for more than 10 years now. My favorites are the monkey and the white bunny. They're super soft, and are always well received by both the babies and the parents. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique, and totally adorable, baby gift.

Oh My Goodness my baby LOVES this monkey. We are using it for sleep training our 6 month old. I put it between us when I fed her and then tucked it under her arm putting her in her crib. In less than a week, she is now using it to self soothe. It is very light and she can actually breathe through it if it goes in her face which makes me feel better. She somehow always manages to get the little monkey head next to her face.I actually just bought a second one as I don't want to risk being without it! Now she knows when she gets monkey it is sleeping time.Made well with no loose strings and can be thrown in the washer. Perfect!

So I was looking for a blankie for my son. His room is monkeys so I thought this would be great; however, I was expecting a blanket sized item (My fault really because I clearly did not understand what 14" x 14' would look like). I expected a blanket and got a washcloth. My son does not use it to hold or play with. This will not be used in our house; well, I will probably use it as a fun washcloth. But he will not use it for the purpose intended.For people who know what a "lovey" is (and that is what you are looking for) then this product will not disappoint. It is a quality item, soft and well made. The monkey is cute and the fabric is durable. It is simply not what I was looking for.** 06/08/16 I would Like to amend this review and state that as my son got older he started to use this and he carries it EVERYWHERE with him. He loves this and I don't know what we would do without it.

This blankie is exactly what I was looking for in a comforter. It's the perfect size, feels lovely and soft, has chewable corners and a lovely sweet monkey face that my 9 month old daughter loves! It is now a regular fixture and bedtimes and nap times, in fact my baby falls asleep faster with it than she does without. It's been through the wash and has come out pristine. Great item.

Our baby loves this and uses it to sooth himself to sleep. We've bought 3 identical ones to rotate!

My son loves these, they are his favourite. This is another backup as he has lost a few along the way.
