Who ever says it is a waste or not helpful don't know what they are talking about. This book has helped lots of people I know and my friend got healed in 8 months after following his advise. It is very helpful. Buy it.

There are just so many things that we take so lightly in our daily busy lives especially if you live in a metropolitan city. One cannot avoid the natural environment pollutants but yes we can definitely avoid eating junk and processed food which is toxin. Detailed in right amount. Will definitely recommend reading this book.
