Blood Sugar Diary: Glucose Monitoring Made Simple - 2 Year Diabetic Diary (Night Sky Edition)

I am a relative newcomer to being diabetic but realise the importance of monitoring my blood sugar levels. My blood sugar monitor came with a small book for this but I have finished that now, so I was pleased to get this book which is a definite upgrade. The book is simple and is easy to use to record readings at different times of the day with plenty of space for notes if required.The diary lasts two years and I must admit I am not too sure how good the cover will look then as it arrived in not perfect condition so it may be a bit too flimsy in the long term. Perhaps I shall have to cover it with wallpaper like a school book (showing my age there 😆). Overall though I am happy with the book and I think it is good value for money.

I always liked getting my diabetic books so I could physically see what my readings were. You used to get the books for free so was a no brainer to use those ones but they then started charging for them. The books were expensive and they only lasted few months so stopped using them. Started using insulin pump so wanted to start keeping an eye on things again and found a book that gives you 2 years of days to use. Absolute value for money
