Sound Problems
It seems the product has severe sound problems. I can't hear properly. Sound quality is extremely bad. When I speak, person on the other end is unable to hear properly. I ordered the device twice. Returned the first one because of exactly same issues. It looks like this A52 Series has standard hardware issues.

Feature pack in decent price. Packing was not good!
The product is great. It serves my purpose as I use this as a business phone. Do note that you can not have two SIMS together in this phone. It will either take a 2nd SIM or a MICRO SD CARD!One thing I would like to mention that when I received the product the box was open and there were some slight scratches on the screen's protective film. it seemed that the item was opened,, looked at and then was repacked! this was the only let-down.

الجوال ليس نسخة الشرق الاوسط او الامارات.. يبدو انه نسخة كورية او ما شابه.الأهم من ذلك، بعد يومي استخدام للجوال.. الشاشة بدأت تظهر خطوط وأشياء غريبة!!!

It looks ok on the back. Not great or good but just ok (Idk maybe it's because I never seen such a matte plastic material on the back of a phone before but yea). Beautiful crispy display with a smooth feel thanks to tge 120 Hz refresh rate. There is a little bit of screen lag when switching to 60 Hz although it's not a dealbreaker.Battery is better than I expected lasting me well around 4 days with average use and a moderate screen brightness and screen refresh rate set at 60 Hz.When I inserted my sim card (etisalat) from my first phone it sent me an SMS that it activated 5G but when connecting it was displaying 4G not 5G. I don't know maybe I'm doing something wrong I'll update the review if I figure it out.I don't know if it's something with my router or if compared to my old phone the Wi-Fi specs are different from this one but Wi-Fi disconnects for no expected reason after sometime (usually when I'm gaming) but connects again just as quickly as it disconnected. I really hope it's not a defect and that I won't have to return it or go through warranty procedures as I really like everything else about this phone but it's something to keep in mind.Speakers are pretty good. Stereo speaker setup with one in the earpiece and the other at the bottom of the phone in the form of a speaker grill.Only things I would complain about is that the fingerprint sensor is inaccurate if you don't place your finger in an appropriate position but it's a mid range phone so shouldn't expect much. At least it's there and it does the job. The UI is also really cluttered if you're not familiar with it but you get used to it if you explore enough.

Good Midrange phone
This is a value for money phone if you are looking for good midrange phone. It has got a good AMOLED display and the overall performance is good. The only draw back in my opinion is an average camera.

Bright screen, long battery life, fast (enough) app/web browsing, reasonable camera, good price for such features.The only down side of this phone, is amount of useless app that comes preinstalled.

Charging Problem
I'm having trouble with my phone' charging. I am using it's original Samsung adaptor and cable but still it's taking 3hrs to get fully charged. I was charging from 15% to maximum charge of 85% only and it took 3hrs. 😕
