Great for Sourdough Starter
I purchased these to use for my sourdough and they work great. They are very well made and I like the straight sides so I can easily tell how much my sourdough starter has risen.

Perfect for sourdough starter!
The media could not be loaded. Great jars for sourdough starter. The wide mouth and lid make it so much easier to clean. They are glass but seem sturdy enough.

Got Sourdough Starter?
So I saw THESE jars on a Youtube video about sourdough starterand how to make your own.So Of Course! I had to have them...to be 'authentic' and all!...and it's going well. Kind of...I screwed up and 'fed' it too muchwhole wheat flour rather than all purpose flour....blah blah youdon'tcareanyway!Great jars!!

Great quality!
I have waited a long time to purchase these jars, as they are a bit spendy. But I finally did and they did not disappoint. Strong thick durable glass, easy to use and the perfect size for pickles, sauces, and fruits. I thought I might have a learning curve to over come in canning with them, but the function is easy peasy just Like the American jars no problem. And they are a beautiful addition to my canning shelves.
